I've spent nearly two decades in AEC. Electrical designer, project engineer, project manager, department head, innovation director. The industry shaped how I think about buildings, teams, and what good work looks like.

That arc gave me something useful: I understand the work from the inside. What it takes to design building systems, open a new office, build a team. That's the context I bring to product.

Right now I'm Product Management Director at Henderson Engineers, building a product practice from scratch inside a firm that's never had one.
