I lead technology and product strategy at Henderson Engineers. That means deciding what's worth building, setting technical direction, and making sure it delivers value once people are using it.
I'm most energized by zero-to-one work, where ambiguity is high and taking the first step matters more than perfection. Twenty years in AEC, from hands-on electrical design to building the tools that make engineering better, taught me what's actually hard and what's worth building.

Technology Advancement Director

- Own technology strategy, R&D, and enablement and adoption for the Digital Innovation team.
- Lead product and design for the building intelligence platform, and lead the Advanced Development team, which uses emerging tech to build and deploy tools for engineers quickly.
- Accountable for technical direction across strategic technology investments: evaluating choices, allocating resources, and checking for measurable value after adoption.
- Builds on five years establishing the product function as Innovation Director, and on product leadership as Product Management Director.
Product Management Director

- Led the definition, development, delivery, and adoption of digital products.
- Turned complex engineering insight into software people can actually use and scale.
- Roadmaps, requirements, success metrics, and tracking adoption and value.
- I like zero-to-one work and scaling it, with clarity on the problem, ownership, tradeoffs, and expectations.
Innovation Director

- Shaped how the firm approached new ideas, from research to piloting new services to building internal tools.
- Over five years, established the foundation of the product function: how problems worth solving get found, how early bets are structured, and how a concept becomes real.
- Led AI-assisted tools for building systems design and helped set the building intelligence platform strategy.

- Hiring, lease negotiation, office design and construction oversight, business development, team leadership, project management, standards, board communication, and mentoring.
