I lead technology and product strategy at Henderson Engineers, driving the research, development, and adoption of the technologies that shape how we design, build, and deliver. I built the firm's product function from the ground up, and I lead the Advanced Development team, which uses emerging technologies to rapidly build and deploy tools for our engineers. I'm most energized by zero-to-one work, and I like scaling something once it's proven without losing the judgment that made it work. My twenty years in this industry are split between hands-on electrical engineering and building the tools that make engineering work better.
